My Inspiration
I’ve been decorating my home for every season and every year with a different theme. My guests, friends and family would always be amazed with the transformations. They would ask me to help them with decorating their homes. They inspired me to begin my room makeover business.
I found myself searching for the perfect wreaths and centerpieces to match my décor and my decorations for the holidays. Never satisfied, but always disappointed with the quality, selections and or price in several crafts and department stores. I would eventually had to settle with something. A couple of years ago, I was in a car accident and tore my ligaments in my arm. Couldn’t go back to work and couldn’t do to much of anything without using my arms.
Spring was approaching and I went on another years' scavenger hunt for a unique wreath. I needed a wreath that nobody else had. I'm one of those people who doesn't want to see my neighbor with the same decorations.
Frustrated and not looking forward to another ritual of searching through Crafts and department stores and refusing to waste my money again on a wreath and centerpiece that I wasn’t happy with. I decided to make my own. Knowing I wasn’t the only person who wanted an unique wreath or centerpiece made me decided to open my own business calling it…My Mind’s Designs 2
